In line with the holistic concept of learning, The MDI offers a wide range of activities to its students, friends, and guests.

The main activities are individual lessons for a wide range of musical instruments, and numerous classes on interesting and useful topics related to music and drama.

In addition, students of The MDI are entitled to free use* of our facilities for the purpose study and practice.

The MDI regularly holds student concerts in the Recital Hall. Our artist-teachers perform in the community throughout the year, and whenever possible, visiting artists will be invited to hold Master classes.

Students who are planning for auditions, competitions, overseas studies, etc. can request practical and useful advice from our experienced teaching staff, also outside of lessons and classes.

Throughout the year our students, friends, and guests are very welcome to participate in a variety of both formal informal events such as MDI Open Day, Anniversary Celebrations, Receptions, Family Day, Hiking, and Junk-Trips.

LESSONS

Individual lessons form the foundation of The MDI's performance training program.
