Member, The Hong Kong Institute of Directors; graduate of Professional Programme in Arts Administration organized by UCLA and former USD, holder of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors Diploma in Company Direction and Professional Diploma in Corporate Governance & Directorship; recipient of Commendation for High Degree of Vigilance from the Director of Immigration in 1985; joined the Cultural Services Section of the former Urban Services Department in 1989 and since then has worked in offices serving the Hong Kong Repertory Theatre, Festival of Asian Arts, Chinese Music Festival, Hong Kong International Film Festival, Hong Kong International Arts Carnival and Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra; appointed the first Executive Director of Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra Limited; rich experience in aspects of corporate governance, directing of non-profit-distributing organization, strategic marketing and image building, as well as event and performing arts business project management.

香港董事學會會員；完成美國加州洛杉磯大學和前市政事務署聯辦的專業藝術行政 訓練課程；公司董事文憑及公司管治專業文憑持有人；於1985年在職期間，獲人民 入境事務署署長頒發高度警備嘉許；1989年加入前市政事務署，自此以後為香港話 劇團、亞洲藝術節、中國音樂節、香港國際電影節、國際綜藝合家歡和香港中樂團 服務，並於2001 年香港中樂團公司化後獲理事會委任為首任行政總監；在公司管 治、非分配利潤組織的管理、策略性市務推廣、建立企業形象、以及活動和表演藝 術項目管理方面經驗豐富。
