The orientation toward the future of every student is fundamental to The MDI's approach to learning. Students often need guidance about how to prepare for and to succeed in pursuing performance and educational opportunities. The MDI maintains an ever-growing international pool of talent in part through its performance and academic staff, which is able to provide career and study counseling for students on a wide range of topics. Areas where we can be of assistance are in preparation for overseas study and interviews, local and international auditions, performances, competitions, and dealing with learning challenges such as stage fright, motivation, learning methods, non-medical speech problems, and presentation skills.
